Ridgefield Girls Softball (RGS) is committed to providing our children the very best educational sports experience possible.  It is our fundamental belief that every girl with a desire to play softball be afforded the opportunity to do so.

3. The development of character traits that translate on and off the field: sportsmanship, self-confidence, respect, strong work ethic and resilience4. An opportunity to compete and succeed at an appropriate development level.

Ridgefield Girls Softball has a Rec/House division playing in the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age levels.  The Tigers Travel division currently competes in the 10U and 12U age levels.  Teams play during the months of April through July, as well as, Fall Ball programs in September and October.
